Transition programs

Post School Options

During Year 12 students are encouraged to complete external work experience placements in order to apply the skills learnt in work training to a functioning work place. Students experience a range of work placements with the objective of securing paid employment, either open or supported.

All students also complete units of work based around the development of life skills during their final year.  This ensures graduating students are as prepared as possible for their post-school life.

  • Lifestyle Programs

    Lifestyle Programs

Lifestyle and leisure programs are community-based centres that offer post school services for those students who cannot access a work placement.

  • Work Experience

    Work Experience

Work experience assists students in their transition from school to work. It provides a formal arrangement whereby our students, while still enrolled at school, participate in work tasks in places of employment.
