Across each semester students will be provided the opportunity to develop their understanding of how they can interact appropriately in a range of different relationships they will encounter across their lifespan.
The concept of public and private places and body parts will be explicitly taught. Students will learn about appropriate behaviours they are expected to demonstrate in public places in the community and what is appropriate in a private area. Safe and protective behaviours with strangers, in public and in relationships will be carefully taught.
